Stickers shipped separately?
All stickers are shipped separately via untracked letter mail every Tuesday, personally signed and sealed by Euge!
Shipping times from Vancouver, BC:
Canada: 4-10 Business Days
United States: 7-20 Business Days*
International: 10-22 Business Days
- For instance, if you ordered 1 Plush, 2 Keychains, and 4 Stickers - the 1 Plush and 2 Keychains will be shipped together with tracking and may take 4 business days to arrive, while the 4 stickers will be shipped untracked via letter mail and may take 7 business days to arrive!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Stickers are prepped every Monday and shipped every Tuesday!
All other items are prepped and shipped within 3-4 days of ordering.
During peak convention seasons (June-August), processing times may take 4-12 days. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Can I use a Puglie for my brand, tattoo, custom gift, etc?
Any usage for branding (i.e. logo, Twitch emote, mascot, etc) is prohibited!
For one off usages like tattoos, custom gifts, and whatnot, please take a look at the Image Usage Licensing Fee!

Would you donate merchandise to my charity?
I'm honoured that Puglie can help in supporting charities and causes that make a difference for those in need!
In the past, I’ve happily donated Puglie merchandise to help raise funds. Sadly, I’ve had a few experiences where communication stopped after the donation was shipped - I never heard how the fundraising event went, how Puglie was able to help, or how much was raised for the cause.
Because of that, I now have a few conditions before I consider donation requests:
1. Please mention in your email or DM that you’ve read and agree to these terms. In addition, what charity event you're hosting, and when the date to receive donations by is.
2. Tag @pugliepug in an Instagram post or story showing how the donated items were used, or share a brief update about the event via DM or email afterwards! I’d love to celebrate and share your efforts too!
3. Your charity must be registered and provide a donation receipt for the goods received.
4. Donation items will be shipped via parcel with tracking, and shipping cost will be covered by the charity - quote for shipping will be provided before finalizing.
My goal is to make sure these collaborations are meaningful and respectful for everyone involved, and together, we can bring a little more good into the world 💖
